New in sealed box means that all original sealed bags are in a sealed box.

New in open box means that all the original sealed bags are accounted for and the instructions are included. The box may have been opened for verification purposes or general inspection.

Certified Pre-Owned means that all pieces have been inventoried to ensure that it is complete. It may be in the original box, or may have been boxed by the store. The pieces may be bagged by number, by color, or all in one bag. It may or may not have the instructions.

Pre-Owned sets are most likely already built and on display. They have been inspected to the best of our ability for important parts and mini figures. It is possible that there is a missing piece, which we will replace free of charge, if the piece is still being manufactured by Lego. Pre-Owned sets may also be boxed and/or bagged.

As-Is sets may be missing pieces, mini figures, or accessories. They may be fully or partially built, or they may be disassembled and bagged. As such, they are priced accordingly.
